I just wanted to give a big shout out to Ruby on Rails Link Slack. A lot of the people there have been very beneficial to both my health plans and my coding!
This morning I wasn’t too sore. I woke up around 9 or 10.
I have started to come up with some flavors that are actually quite amazing. As I perfect them, I’ll post them!

This is my favorite of the 3 days. I love chest/biceps/triceps!
I started with 30 minutes cardio + reading. I need to find a way to hold pages better.
After that, I lifted.
Nothing special happened other than that.
Just rebased a couple PR’s for NYU.
